We get it - inequalities and social injustices are the ugly realities of life. That's why our  coaching approach is all about creating a supportive and inclusive space where Black and Brown individuals can not only tackle systemic barriers head-on but also tap into their own strengths and resilience like never before. Our transformative coaching methodology enables clients to rise above societal challenges, creating meaningful change in their lives, careers and communities.

We do more than just coaching! Coaches of Colour is part of Project 23, a DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) consultancy delivering guidance, support and education to organisations wanting to create a more vibrant and progressive workplace. Our mission is to create workplaces that are inclusive and equitable, where diversity is celebrated and everyone is empowered to thrive. 

Coaching for people of colour is just one (valuable) piece of a puzzle driving towards greater DEI. What sets us apart from other coaching companies is our expertise and passion in really getting to know your business through an equitable lens - listening and learning in order to provide wraparound DEI guidance and support for you and your colleagues.

One-to-one coaching

    • Personalised support tailored to individual goals

    • Goal orientated; working with or without involvement of line managers

    • Multi-session programme approach for deeper, more transformational partnership work

    • Coming together around common experiences, but working on individual goals

    • Adult and peer to peer learning in safe and creative environment

    • Group learning offers relationship building and increases sense of belonging

    • Normalisation of shared experiences

    • Coaching topics include - Future Leaders, stepping into Management, Career Advancement & Progression

    • 2hr topic focussed workshops such as ‘Authentic Personal Brand’ or ‘Building Professional Networks’
